Because every single metal art piece is exclusively handcrafted and custom-made to order based on your unique provided photos or text, we are legally unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons once production begins.

However, we provide a 100% Risk-Free Arrival Insurance. If your custom artwork arrives damaged, bent, or with any structural scratches during transit, we will immediately manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement to your doorstep completely free of charge.

To claim your free replacement under transit insurance, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of doorstep delivery at glowishcraftstore@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged frame and its packaging. Your absolute satisfaction is our top priority.
